Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cocoa

Would love to have stayed longer, next time there I will stay there.

A nice property with above average customer service. The whole property was clean and the rooms above average in size. The elevator was slow and I found the bed to be way to firm.

While the motel was attractive, and the free breakfast bar was good, my family of four was put in a smoking room, with a single king-sized bed. We really enjoyed staying. Staff was Nice. Room clean and fresh and upscale, bath was marble everything. Pool and Whirlpool was really clean and pretty. Great breakfast. Lobby and public areas very nice looks like they host weddings a lot. ...read more

This was a good value for the location and price. The breakfast was better than a continental and the area kept well stocked, neat and clean. I appreciated there was a computer avaliable without having to pay for use or need for a password. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the lobby, elevator and upstairs elevator lobby. This hotel was reasonably priced but looked like it was going through transition. The pool had very few chairs by it and if the pool is maintained poorly like our room was, I would not step foot in it. If a hotel can not pay for a good exterminator, and I have to see three roaches when I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, than I would make the assumption that maybe the pool chemicals are not regulated by a pool company either.
